Production and Fulfillment Lead

Job Summary As a Production and Fulfillment Lead, you’ll coordinate daily manufacturing, assembly, and order fulfillment activities in a production facility. You’ll guide production or assembly teams, keep work moving safely and efficiently, and help ensure finished products meet specifications and are ready for fulfillment. Your impact: By coordinating safe, accurate production and fulfillment, you help teammates complete work reliably and customers receive correctly prepared products. Responsibilities Coordinate daily production and assembly line work, assign tasks, and monitor progress against production documents. Oversee fulfillment activities, including preparing, handling, and moving materials and finished goods. Reinforce safety standards and protocol adherence, including safe manual handling and heavy lifting practices. Identify workflow challenges and contribute to process improvement efforts. Requirements Experience in manufacturing, a factory, or a manufacturing facility; assembly line experience is valuable. Experience managing production or assembly teams, with knowledge of manufacturing management and production processes. Familiarity with mechanical assembly, assembly work, measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools. Ability to follow production safety standards and protocols and perform manual handling, including heavy lifting. Forklift experience is preferred. Work Location: In person
