Product Receiving, Quality Control & Assembly Associate

Job description: Join our team as a Receiving & Product Assembly Associate! This hands-on role is an important part of our daily operations, including receiving shipments, inventory control, product assembly, quality control, and order fulfillment in the orthodontic specter. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong computer and writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required for this position. Duties: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying products and quantities against purchase orders and packing slips Enter and maintain accurate receiving, product, and inventory information in our computer system Professionally communicating verbally and in writing with vendors Use Microsoft Excel to enter, track, and maintain product and inventory information Maintain accurate inventory levels through stock counts, inventory updates, and product replenishment Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products Assemble, package, and label products according to company requirements Perform product quality control and inspections Organize and stock received products in the appropriate inventory locations Assist with order fulfillment and shipping as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other general duties and responsibilities as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in receiving, quality and inventory control, product assembly, or a similar position is highly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel for entering, tracking, and maintaining product and inventory information Strong computer skills and comfortable working with computer based inventory and order management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when receiving, inspecting, counting, and recording products Excellent organizational and communication skills Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, follow detailed instructions, and established procedures Ability to work efficiently and independently while also working well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
