K&K Global Talent Solutions INC.Job Title: Product Owner – Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / Finance Systems / Product Owner – AP / Finance Systems Location: San Jose, California/Remote Role Overview We are looking for a strong Product Owner with deep Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Finance Systems experience to drive product vision, requirements, prioritization, and delivery for Finance and Procurement transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own the PTP product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and business outcomes. Work with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements. Lead requirements across Procurement, Supplier Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods/Service Receipts, Invoice Processing, 3-Way Matching, Accounts Payable, and Payments. Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, controls, and improved supplier/payment operations. Work closely with architects and delivery teams on solution design, integrations, and functional gaps. Drive UAT, business readiness, adoption, and successful implementation. Manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions. Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Required Experience 12+ years of experience, with strong Product Owner / Business Product Management experience. Deep knowledge of PTP, Procurement, and Finance processes. Experience delivering ERP/Finance transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of procurement-to-finance integrations and business controls. Proven Agile/Scrum experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and influencing skills. Good to Have Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Supply Chain Management. SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP experience. Experience with supplier management, AP automation, e-invoicing, or payment platforms. Product Owner / Agile certifications.
