About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Produce Procurement & Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a produce professional who enjoys both sourcing product and developing customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Source and purchase fresh produce products based on business requirements. Build and maintain relationships with growers, suppliers, and vendors. Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and supply agreements. Monitor market trends, availability, and product costs. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure product availability and inventory levels. Resolve supply, quality, or delivery issues in a timely manner. Sales Manage and grow customer accounts. Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives. Prepare quotations and pricing proposals. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding product availability and pricing. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through strong service and relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of experience in produce procurement, produce sales, account management, or a combination of these areas. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of fresh produce markets and industry trends. Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
