Procurement Specialist

Required Qualifications 6+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT software/SaaS procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Proven experience leading software evaluations and competitive sourcing processes , including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Strong experience negotiating complex commercial contracts with technology/software vendors. Practical understanding of enterprise software licensing models, including: Per-user licensing Capacity-based pricing Consumption-based pricing Tier-based SaaS pricing Strong data-driven financial analysis skills, including TCO and ROI analysis . Experience analyzing vendor usage, licensing, pricing, and spend data. Proficiency with modern productivity and AI-assisted tools for analysis and workflow improvement. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with IT, Legal, Finance, Information Security, and Privacy teams. Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and vendor management skills. Must be a current local state resident and available to meet hybrid/on-site requirements.
