Procurement Specialist

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to oversee purchasing activities and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services required for club operations. This position plays a key role in managing vendor relationships, controlling costs, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting department leaders with procurement needs. Essential Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services from approved vendors. Obtain and compare quotes to ensure competitive pricing and value. Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance. Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Review invoices and purchase records for accuracy and compliance. Assist with budget management and cost-saving initiatives. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Collaborate with department directors to understand purchasing requirements. Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies and procedures. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or related experience. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with procurement or inventory management software preferred.
