Procurement Project Initiatives Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Project Initiatives Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead end-to-end procurement initiatives that connect business priorities to executable plans, with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination, governance, and process discipline. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders to align timelines, support procurement technology efforts, and ensure initiative outcomes are measurable and operationally sound. It is well suited for a professional who can bridge strategy, analytics, and execution in a regulated healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,600 – $172,700 annually Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end procurement initiatives from concept to execution Translate business goals into actionable procurement strategies Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with operational timelines Contribute to the development of the procurement technology roadmap Support master data management and governance for procurement Serve as the primary communication bridge across departments Define KPIs and success metrics for procurement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management roles Experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives Strong understanding of sourcing systems and digital procurement platforms 3+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and ISO standards relevant to medical device manufacturing Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision coverage Health Savings Accounts Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care Disability benefits and life insurance Voluntary benefits Paid absences and retirement benefits Relocation assistance may be authorized Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
