We are seeking a hands-on Procurement PMO Program Manager on a contingent worker basis to lead assigned transformation programs from problem definition through implementation and adoption. Drive implementation alongside the working teams: close requirements and decisions, coordinate integration testing and user acceptance, resolve readiness gaps, and prepare launch and operational handoffs. Develop clear written deliverables, including project updates, business cases, project charters, decision memos and related program documentation. Explain the problem, proposed approach, scope, business impact, resource needs and decisions required. Maintain lightweight governance and follow through on cross-functional commitments. Coordinate control-impact assessments, evidence requirements and remediation tracking with Finance Risk Management and control owners. Embed required approvals and testing in delivery plans. Partner with Enablement on training, communications, documentation and adoption. Work with system administrators and engineering teams on configuration and releases, with clear ownership and handoffs. Measure results using adoption, cycle time, manual effort, operational performance and control outcomes. Use AI and automation to improve planning, risk synthesis and reporting while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information.
