You’re the one making sure design plans actually become real spaces — without blown budgets, missed move-in dates, or last-minute scrambles. WHAT IT TAKES 4+ years of experience in FF&E procurement, purchasing, or sourcing for interior design, hospitality, multifamily, or commercial projects Hands-on experience managing freight, customs clearance, and delivery logistics for large-scale installations Experience managing or mentoring a procurement team, not just running your own purchase orders Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Comfortable juggling multiple active projects and deadlines at once Sharp attention to detail — a damaged or late shipment can hold up an entire move-in Experience supporting acquisitions assessments or renovation scoping is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills across design, construction, and ownership teams THE PERKS!
