Key Responsibilities:
• Execute purchasing activities according to plans and inventory requirements
• Create purchase orders and maintain supplier records in ERP systems
• Expedite orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages, delays, or supply concerns
• Track supplier pricing and report significant changes
Requirements:
• Three or more years of purchasing, inventory, or procurement experience
• Food manufacturing or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience processing purchase orders and coordinating suppliers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
