Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with one of our clients, is seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator. This role is responsible for coordinating procurement activities, maintaining procurement systems, and supporting contract compliance and vendor management. Job Duties Process procurement requisitions in accordance with established policies and procedures Assist with sourcing activities, including issuing Invitations to Bid, RFPs, and RFQs for purchases under $25K Coordinate contract and amendment routing, ensuring all documentation is complete and obtained prior to execution Respond to internal and supplier inquiries, providing guidance on procurement policies and procedures Support contract compliance monitoring and vendor performance assessments Assist with P-Card program administration, including reconciliation and compliance checks Maintain and update procurement resources, templates, and internal guidance materials Contribute to special procurement projects, process improvements, and department operations Skills & Experience Required 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, contracting, or a related field Knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and compliance practices Experience processing procurement requisitions and supporting sourcing events Familiarity with contract administration and vendor management Ability to manage procurement systems and maintain accurate records Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with P-Card reconciliation and compliance monitoring High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred Desired Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline Knowledge of contract law and legal review processes Proficiency with procurement software and databases Prior experience supporting policy or process improvement initiatives Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
