Process Control Coordinator
BelimoIntroduction The Process Control Coordinator audits warehouse activities and monitors compliance with established SOPs, work instructions, and process standards. The role identifies process gaps, supports root-cause investigations, and tracks corrective and preventive actions that improve operational execution and inventory accuracy. The Coordinator maintains process documentation, supports employee training and certification, and partners with operations leadership to standardize receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping processes. The position also supports Q-Case investigations, Lean, 5S, continuous improvement, and a safe, clean, and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine audits and process observations across receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Monitor compliance with SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and established warehouse process standards. Identify process gaps, document audit findings, and report corrective action status to the appropriate operational leaders. Participate in root-cause investigations and support implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, audit tools, and process standardization materials. Support employee training, process certification, and reinforcement of standard work requirements. Assist with Q-Case investigations and action tracking, and support Lean, 5S, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Partner with operations leadership to improve process execution, inventory accuracy, and cross-department cooperation while maintaining a safe and clean workplace. Required Expertise High school diploma or equivalent required. 2–5 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Experience working with SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, audits, and investigations. Working knowledge of warehouse operations and material flow. Experience with SAP, WMS, or related systems, plus Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and act with a sense of urgency. Compensation & Benefits Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $25 - $28 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
