Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Precast Concrete Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of precast concrete components used in construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to producing high-quality concrete elements efficiently and safely, supporting our commitment to excellence in the construction industry. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other machinery to transport raw materials and finished precast components safely around the facility Use hand tools and power tools to assist in the completion of precast concrete elements Assemble formwork and molds for concrete casting, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications Perform in the set up of hardware in precast panels Follow safety protocols during all manufacturing activities to maintain a secure work environment Assist with the loading and unloading of precast elements for delivery or storage within the plant Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating heavy machinery and power tools Prior experience in manufacturing or construction environments, especially with precast concrete or related materials Ability to work with hand tools, and machining tools accurately and safely Familiarity with forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is essential Strong understanding of assembly processes within a manufacturing setting Construction and precast experience is highly desirable, with knowledge of building standards and safety regulations Plant experience or familiarity with inventory management is a plus Ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout shifts Join our team if you’re eager to build a career in precast concrete manufacturing where your skills make a real impact!
