Who We’re Looking For:

 Passionate about sales and customer service
 1+ years of recent experience in automotive sales, vehicle acquisition, or dealership operations

 Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

 Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.

 Expertise in vehicle valuation, automotive market trends and analysis of  consumer demands

 Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

 

Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation Potential: $90,000 - $160,000 (Commission Based) 

What your day will look like:

Vehicle Acquisition: Identify and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles from private sellers, dealerships, and auctions.

Used Vehicle Reconditioning: Co-ordinates used vehicle reconditioning within Rapid Recon and keep management up to date on progress

Auction Preparation: Research run lists, evaluate vehicle values, and make strategic online purchases.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a smooth buying experience and maintain high client satisfaction.

Sales Performance: Consistently work toward exceeding individual and departmental purchase goals.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed on vehicle trends, financing options, and industry developments to make informed buying decisions and to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
