Powersports Tire Salesman

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Powersports Tire Salesman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all tire and accessory needs related to powersports vehicles such as ATVs, UTV's, SxS's, motorcycles, and snowmobiles. Your enthusiasm for powersports combined with your sales expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. You will provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Duties Assist customers in selecting the right tires and accessories for their powersports vehicles, providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations Conduct automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting to identify customer needs accurately Manage inventory levels of tires, automotive parts, and accessories through inventory control systems and ensure stock availability Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit card payments securely Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product education, and personalized service Maintain organized stock displays, ensure proper stocking of tires and parts, and support order fulfillment processes Collaborate with team members on vehicle maintenance schedules, automotive repair needs, and dealership procedures to enhance overall service quality Skills Extensive knowledge of automotive parts sales, tire installation, and vehicle systems specific to powersports vehicles Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting Excellent negotiation skills to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word for inventory management and documentation Experience with inventory management systems (CMMS preferred), POS systems, and automotive parts management tools Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively Exceptional communication skills with phone etiquette expertise to assist customers both in person and over the phone Organizational skills to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and maintain a clean work environment Retail math proficiency for accurate pricing, discounts, and transaction processing Knowledge of automotive repair processes, dealership operations, and automotive service standards Join our team to fuel your passion for powersports while delivering top-tier customer service!
