Responsibilities Coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules for drivers. Monitor port, rail, and terminal activity. Communicate with drivers, customers, and port personnel. Track container movements and ensure timely deliveries. Resolve scheduling, routing, and service issues. Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports. Assist with customer communications and relationship management. Qualifications Dispatching, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and transportation software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
