Plumbing Office Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep

Discount Plumbing is a growing residential and light commercial plumbing company serving San Diego, from Del Mar to the border. We're looking for a sharp, organized dispatcher to be the voice of our company – the first person our customers talk to and the person our technicians count on to keep the day running. Why You'll Like It Here - Steady, full-time office position – no cold calling - Small team where your work is noticed and you're not just a number - Training on ServiceTitan and our systems What You'll Do - Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails as the first point of contact for customers - Book service calls and estimates in ServiceTitan, gathering the right details the first time - Learn each technician's skill set and dispatch the right tech to the right job - Manage the daily schedule – reroute techs, handle emergencies, and fill openings as the day changes - Keep customers updated on arrival times, delays, and follow-ups - Calmly de-escalate upset customers and resolve issues or escalate to management when needed - Follow up on estimates, unsold quotes, and memberships - Request reviews from happy customers - Assist with invoicing, payment collection, and basic data entry in QuickBooks - Help with general office tasks – filing, supply orders, permits, and anything that comes through the office What We're Looking For - 1+ year of experience in dispatch, customer service, or a call center (home services a plus) - Clear, friendly phone voice and strong communication skills - Calm under pressure – Able to juggle phones, the schedule, and techs at the same time - Organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-through - Comfortable with computers; ServiceTitan and QuickBooks experience a plus (we'll train) - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus - Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check Schedule - Full-time, Monday–Friday [40 hrs/week] - Occasional rotating Saturday coverage Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) - Paid vacation and sick time Apply today – quick interviews, fast start.
