We are seeking a detail-oriented Plumbing & HVAC Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to manage inventory records, coordinate purchasing activities, monitor supply levels, and support the availability of materials used in daily plumbing and heating operations. This position is ideal for an organized professional with experience in inventory control, purchasing, warehouse coordination, materials management, or supply chain administration who wants to build a career in the plumbing, heating, and mechanical services industry. Job Summary Bernie’s Plumbing & Heating is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to support the procurement, organization, tracking, and distribution of plumbing and heating materials, equipment, replacement parts, and operational supplies. This position will coordinate purchasing activities with suppliers and vendors while maintaining accurate inventory records for commonly used plumbing and heating materials, including pipes, fittings, valves, water heater components, boiler parts, pumps, fixtures, and other service-related supplies. Working closely with management, field technicians, service coordinators, and vendors, the coordinator will help ensure that materials are available for scheduled installations, repairs, maintenance appointments, and emergency service requests. The role requires someone who understands the importance of inventory accuracy, purchasing efficiency, supplier communication, and timely material availability in a field-service environment. This is an opportunity for a professional with approximately 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehouse administration, or supply coordination.
