Plumbing Dispatcher/CSR

Job Overview About Us We’re a growing team, and we’re looking for an organized, friendly dispatcher to keep our technicians moving and our customers taken care of. What You’ll Do Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers in a professional, friendly manner Schedule service calls and estimates, and dispatch technicians based on location, skill, and priority Handle emergency calls (leaks, backups, no hot water) and adjust the schedule on the fly Communicate with technicians throughout the day on job status, delays, and add-on work Enter and update job details, customer information, and notes in our dispatch software ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / Workiz Confirm appointments and give customers accurate arrival windows Follow up on estimates, unpaid invoices, and customer feedback Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to management when needed Support the office with basic admin tasks such as filing, permits, and supply coordination What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in dispatch, customer service, or call center work (trades or home services experience is a big plus) Strong phone skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and Google/Microsoft Office Good knowledge of San Diego County geography Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional Saturdays Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
