Plumber / Water Treatment Installer (Subcontract)

About the Role We’re an established water filtration company expanding into Tampa Bay. We install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems and reverse osmosis drinking water systems for homeowners across Hillsborough and Pinellas. We’re looking for a skilled, dependable installer who’s comfortable with plumbing and wants steady, well-paid work. This is subcontract work that fits around your existing jobs and schedule. You choose which installs you take, set your own hours, and get paid per job, with no sales, estimates or chasing customers. We're actively investing in the business and building our customer base, so volume will grow for an installer who wants more. Before each install, you'll pick up the system from our storage. What You’d Be Doing Installing 10x54 whole-home water softener and filtration systems Installing under-sink reverse osmosis systems Plumbing tie-ins, bypass and drain line connections, testing and cleanup Providing friendly, professional service to homeowners Optional: helping earn Google reviews after the job (we pay extra for these) What We’re Looking For Licensed Florida plumbers preferred. Experienced water treatment installers (softeners, filtration, RO) are also encouraged to apply. Responsible for your own licensing (if applicable), insurance and permitting where required. We handle the systems, scheduling and customers.
