Innova Software ServicesJob Title: PLM Integration Architect Location: Beverly Hills, California Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced PLM Integration Architect to provide technical leadership for the integration of a modern Product Lifecycle Management platform with a broader enterprise application ecosystem. This is a senior technical leadership position responsible for defining integration architecture, coordinating multiple development teams, establishing technical standards, and overseeing integrations across PLM, Boomi middleware, enterprise applications, ERP, supply chain, WMS, eCommerce, and other downstream systems . The ideal candidate will combine strong PLM and enterprise integration architecture expertise with hands-on knowledge of modern integration patterns and the leadership capabilities required to drive complex cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end integration architecture between the PLM platform and connected enterprise applications. Define integration patterns, APIs, interface designs, data flows, messaging approaches, and technical standards. Lead and coordinate development activities across PLM, middleware, and downstream application teams. Serve as the technical integration lead across business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, application owners, and implementation teams. Translate functional and business requirements into scalable and supportable integration designs. Establish technical ownership, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery expectations across multiple teams. Conduct architecture and technical design reviews throughout development, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Ensure reliable product, item, material, style, BOM, and master-data flows between enterprise systems. Lead integration testing, end-to-end testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and production-readiness activities. Establish standards for monitoring, logging, exception handling, retry and recovery, security, and operational support. Identify architectural risks, data-quality issues, integration gaps, and cross-system dependencies. Promote reusable integration components, documentation, governance, and engineering best practices. Support modernization from legacy point-to-point integrations to scalable middleware-based architectures. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, systems integration, solution architecture, or related technical roles. Significant experience architecting integrations involving PLM platforms and enterprise applications . Strong experience leading multiple technical or integration teams across complex transformation programs. Deep understanding of API-led, event-driven, real-time, batch, and message-based integration architectures . Experience with Boomi or comparable enterprise middleware and integration platforms . Strong understanding of REST and SOAP services, JSON, XML, data transformation, interface design, and system-to-system data mapping . Experience integrating PLM solutions with systems such as ERP, WMS, supply chain, master-data, eCommerce, and other enterprise platforms . Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and performance considerations. Experience overseeing the complete integration lifecycle from requirements and architecture through production deployment and support. Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lectra PLM or comparable enterprise PLM platforms. Experience within retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer-products environments . Deep knowledge of Boomi AtomSphere , including API management, deployment, monitoring, governance, and operational support. Experience integrating PLM with Oracle or other enterprise ERP platforms .
