Planning/Scheduling Lead

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale data center construction project in Kentucky . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, budgets, forecasting, change control and commercial reporting throughout the construction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage and track project budgets, forecasts and cost plans. Monitor actual costs against approved budgets. Produce regular cost reports and financial forecasts. Manage change orders, variations and cost impacts. Review contractor and subcontractor pricing. Support procurement, tender analysis and contract administration. Track commitments, invoices and project cash flow. Identify potential cost risks and opportunities. Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, contractors and client teams. Support project close-out and final account reconciliation. Requirements 5+ years' experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Project Controls. Strong construction cost-management background. Data center / mission-critical experience highly preferred. Experience managing large-scale construction budgets. Strong knowledge of cost forecasting, change management and commercial reporting. Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. Strong Excel and cost-reporting skills. Experience with large electrical and mechanical packages is highly desirable. ES3 Work Location: In person
