Key Responsibilities: Delivery: Transporting pizzas and other food items to customers' homes or businesses using a company vehicle. Navigation: Effectively using maps or GPS to find delivery locations and manage routes efficiently. Customer Service: Providing friendly and professional service, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. Payment Handling: Collecting payments (cash or card), processing transactions, and providing change. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean, with a full gas tank, well-maintained, and reporting any issues to management. Order Accuracy: Verifying orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy and completeness. Safety: Adhering to traffic laws, driving safely, and maintaining a clean driving record. Additional Tasks: Assisting with folding boxes, cleaning, and other duties as assigned by the restaurant. Skills and Qualifications: Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license for the area of operation is essential. Clean Driving Record: A safe driving record is crucial for insurance and safety reasons. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to interact with customers. Navigation Skills: Ability to use maps or GPS to find delivery locations effectively.
