Our Drivers help ensure fresh, hot food is delivered to our customers safely, accurately, and on time, while also supporting the restaurant team between deliveries. About the Role Our Pizza Delivery Drivers are responsible for providing safe, timely, accurate, and courteous delivery of customer orders. Drivers are expected to follow assigned delivery procedures, communicate with the restaurant as needed, provide excellent customer service, and follow all company policies and applicable driving laws. Between deliveries, Delivery Drivers also assist with restaurant duties and other tasks as assigned to support the team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while following company procedures and all applicable traffic laws. Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service during each customer interaction. Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before leaving the restaurant. Collect and process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards. Communicate delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to restaurant management as needed. Safely operate an approved personal or company vehicle while making deliveries. Complete required vehicle safety checks and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns involving company vehicles. Answer phones, take customer orders accurately, and process payments during non-delivery periods. Support in-store operations by folding boxes, stocking driver supplies, organizing delivery materials, and completing other assigned tasks. Load and unload food, supplies, and other items as needed. Maintain a clean, neat appearance and follow all company dress code and workplace policies. Assist with additional restaurant duties as needed to support smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For: Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Must have reliable personal transportation available for delivery duties during scheduled shifts, unless otherwise approved by management. Personal vehicle must meet company safety and insurance requirements before being used for deliveries and throughout employment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Ability to use GPS and navigation apps effectively. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Basic phone and computer skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong attention to detail, particularly when taking orders, handling payments, and completing deliveries. Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Card as required by applicable law. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance when appropriate.
