Picker/Packer Weekend only

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, efficiently packing orders, and ensuring timely shipment to our customers. Your proactive approach and adherence to safety protocols will contribute to smooth warehouse operations and exceptional order fulfillment. Duties Use order picker equipment and barcode scanning systems to accurately select items from inventory based on order specifications Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring items are protected during transit Conduct inventory management tasks including stock counting, updating warehouse management systems (WMS), and maintaining accurate records of stock levels Prepare shipments by labeling packages correctly, verifying order accuracy with RF scanners, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams Follow safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to heavy equipment operation guidelines Assist in warehouse distribution activities such as loading trucks, unloading incoming shipments, and organizing storage areas for optimal space utilization Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly desirable Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems is a plus Familiarity with barcode scanning for logistics and shipping & receiving procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory quantities accurately Experience in order picking & packing processes and maintaining safety standards in fast-paced environments Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm Saturday & Sunday Join us if you’re ready to bring energy to your workday while ensuring precision in every task!
