Picker/Packer

Job Overview We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. Most of your day is spent getting customer orders out the door accurately and on time: pulling items from bin locations with a handheld scanner, packing them so they arrive in good shape, and keeping inventory counts accurate as you go. It’s steady, hands-on work where accuracy matters and you can see what you’ve accomplished by the end of a shift. Responsibilities Pick items for customer orders from bin locations, scanning each item to confirm the right product and quantity. Pack orders securely with the right box and packing materials so products arrive undamaged. Scan orders through each step so inventory and order status stay up to date. Check every order before it’s sealed — correct items, correct quantities, packing slip and shipping label included. Keep your pick and pack stations stocked, clean and organized. Help restock bins, put away incoming inventory, and flag low or damaged stock when you see it. Follow safety procedures, including safe lifting technique and any required PPE. Skills Strong attention to detail — you catch wrong items, wrong counts and mislabeled bins before they become customer problems. Comfortable using a handheld scanner, tablet or phone-based app; experience with warehouse or fulfillment software is a plus but not required. Able to stay on your feet for a full shift and lift up to [40] lbs repeatedly. Basic math for counting and verifying quantities. Steady, efficient pace in a fast-moving environment. Clear communication with teammates and supervisors. Prior picking/packing or warehouse experience is a plus. Join a team that takes pride in getting every order right, every time.
