Picker/Packer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and preparing products for shipment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accurately paxkorders based on specified product lists and quantities Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring quality standards are met Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying inventory accuracy Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements Prior experience in order picking, packing, or shipping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Basic proficiency with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus but not required Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment Join our team as a Picker/Packer and contribute to delivering quality products efficiently while enjoying a supportive work environment.
