Operations Manager – Event Production & Logistics The FotoBoyz | Boynton Beach, FL Salary: $57,000–$78,000 annually Are You a Hands-On Leader Who Gets Things Done? The FotoBoyz is a fast-growing event entertainment company with over 30 years of experience producing exciting events throughout South Florida and nationwide. We're looking for an energetic, organized, hands-on Operations Manager who can lead our warehouse and event operations, develop our team, and help us build smarter systems. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management position. We want someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, learn the equipment, work alongside the crew, and earn their team's respect through action. What You'll Do Manage daily warehouse operations, staff assignments, and event logistics. Ensure equipment is tested, clean, properly packed, and ready for every event. Coordinate event setups, breakdowns, transportation, and equipment returns. Lead, motivate, train, and hold team members accountable. Develop checklists, procedures, and systems that make our operation run smoothly. Identify problems, take ownership, and follow through until they're solved. Who We're Looking For A doer first, manager second who leads by example. A strong communicator with excellent people skills and emotional intelligence. Someone who can earn respect, resolve conflicts, and bring people together. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Experienced in operations, logistics, warehouse management, event production, or similar fields. Comfortable working with equipment, technology, and hands-on teams.
