Picker/Packer/Driver

We're hiring a Picker/Packer & Driver to join our fulfillment and logistics team — someone who's punctual, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a highly regulated product. This is a cross-trained role: part of your week is in the warehouse getting orders picked, packed, and ready to go; part of it is on the road delivering those orders to our dispensary partners across Southern California. You'll have real ownership over the accuracy and timeliness of what goes out the door — and over the experience our retail partners have with Breez. In the Warehouse Pick, pack, and prep orders with precision to hit fulfillment deadlines Label, package, and track inventory correctly to keep us compliant Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked so nothing slows down Run quality control checks before orders go out Help load delivery vehicles, prep routes, and secure product for transport On the Road Drive company vehicles on delivery routes across Southern California (occasional overnight/long-haul routes included) Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company protocols Represent Breez well — professional, friendly, reliable — at every stop Handle paperwork accurately: delivery confirmations, invoices, the works Loop in order support in real time if something comes up Follow all cannabis compliance regulations, every time, no exceptions What You Bring 1+ year of professional driving experience (transit van or box truck experience is a plus) A clean driving record — we'll run an MVR check before anything is finalized A valid, unexpired California driver's license, on you during every shift 21+ (California cannabis regulations require it) Sharp attention to detail, in the warehouse and on the road A professional, upbeat presence with customers Punctuality — this one's non-negotiable Comfort working solo or as part of a team in a fast-moving environment Bonus points: experience with cannabis regulations, METRC, or a forklift certification — any of these move you to the top of the pile Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 75 lbs. (with or without assistance) Normal vision and hearing range, including reading letters, numbers, and symbols Able to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend, and reach throughout a shift Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment Background Check A conditional offer of employment will include an MVR review and a background check.
