Responsibilities Efficiently pick items using order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, or forklift equipment to fulfill customer orders with accuracy. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials, adhering to quality control standards. Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers safely in accordance with safety protocols and PPE requirements. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure data accuracy. Load and unload shipments, verifying quantities against shipping documents while maintaining safety procedures during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks. Conduct regular inventory management activities including stock counting, replenishment, and organization within warehouse distribution areas. Follow shipping & receiving procedures to ensure timely dispatches and arrivals while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or order pickers. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology for logistics, and inventory management systems. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely with proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols. Basic math skills for counting items accurately and verifying shipments. Prior warehouse experience demonstrating knowledge of inventory management systems and quality control processes.
