Picker/Packer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. Location: Waldwick, NJ Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00 AM to 3:30PM Pay rate: $16 Responsibilities Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners, barcode scanning technology, and order picker equipment to ensure accurate fulfillment. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Load and unload shipments with attention to proper stacking, inventory control, and damage prevention. Working on pallets. Skills Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while managing heavy lifting requirements efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on order picking, packing, stocking, and materials handling. Basic math skills for counting items accurately and verifying shipment quantities. Familiarity with safety protocols related to warehouse distribution including PPE use and safe operation of heavy equipment. Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse supervision is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
