Phone Operator/Dispatcher

Job Overview As a Phone Operator/Dispatcher, you’ll keep activity moving by managing calls, coordinating technician dispatch, and sharing timely updates with technicians, customers, and internal teams. You’ll use dispatch tools, to provide dependable customer service. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls with clear phone etiquette; identify needs, and provide helpful updates. Experience Strong phone communication, customer service, typing, data entry, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in dispatching, phone call management. Pay: $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.0 per week Location: Waxhaw, NC 28173 (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Waxhaw, NC 28173 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
