Pharmacy Courier Delivery Driver (San Antonio, TX)

Izy Global Services LLC provides prescription delivery services for University Health in San Antonio. We are seeking dependable independent contractors who can use their own vehicle to complete pharmacy delivery routes across Bexar County. You choose which available routes to accept, work the days that fit your schedule, and earn per completed delivery. There is no hourly wage or fixed shift — earnings depend on the number and type of deliveries you complete. Drivers who run efficient local routes consistently earn above typical gig delivery rates in San Antonio. Pay Structure (Per Completed Delivery) Most daily routes fall within Zone 1, with higher pay for longer-distance stops. Zone 1 (0–10 miles): Zone 2 (11–25 miles): Zone 3 (26–50 miles): Zones 4–5 (51+ miles): Special assignment long distance runs offered separately when available. Paid weekly. No minimum guarantee; delivery based returns. What You’ll Do Accept available delivery batches through our dispatch app on the days/times you choose Pick up sealed prescription packages from University Health pharmacy locations Deliver medications to patients across Bexar County Capture recipient signatures or follow authorized doorstep drop instructions Transport temperature sensitive medications using your own medical grade insulated cooler Maintain strict chain of custody — no unattended packages, no overnight holds Return undeliverable items to the pharmacy the same day Log delivery confirmations and exceptions in the app Schedule: Routes are available 7 days a week. Contractors select the routes they want — no fixed shifts. Requirements Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable personal sedan (make/model/year required for screening) Current auto insurance meeting Texas minimum liability standards Ability to pass a background check for healthcare facility access Comfortable using a smartphone based dispatch/delivery app Able to complete HIPAA/PHI handling orientation before first delivery Must supply your own vehicle and cover fuel/maintenance (built into per delivery pay) Must supply a medical grade insulated cooler capable of maintaining 2–8°C (35–46°F) for up to 8 hours (e.g., PolarTech, Cordova, or equivalent) Job Type: Contract Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid training Work Days: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): How many years of medical experience do you have?
