Duties Greet patients and customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience during every interaction Accurately process prescription payments using pharmacy software and data entry systems Verify patient information and insurance details in compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Maintain patient confidentiality while handling sensitive medical and personal data Assist pharmacy staff with inventory management, medication labeling, and stock replenishment Support the pharmacy team with basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record keeping Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, including drug regulation standards and pharmacy laws Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations Excellent attention to detail for accurate processing, medication reconciliation, and maintaining patient confidentiality Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while adhering to all safety standards for pharmaceutical handling Come be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering quality service to our clients!
