Colonoscopy Concierge™, a division of Med360 Services, is expanding its provider network across Florida and Georgia. We are seeking dependable, professional Patient Escorts and Transportation Fleet Drivers who are interested in assisting patients traveling to and from outpatient medical procedures. Our providers help patients navigate procedure day by providing reliable transportation, professional escort assistance, and a supportive experience before and after qualifying outpatient procedures. We stay and wait during procedures. You may also assist with assignments of hospital discharge and to and from doctor's appointments. We are the go to when patients dont have someone to escort them. You must be compassionate about helping others. These patients are 18 and up. We are building our provider network now to establish dependable local coverage as patient demand grows. Position Overview Position: Patient Escort & Fleet Driver Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: Paid per completed assignment Work Type: On the road Service Areas: Florida and Georgia Schedule: Flexible, based on provider availability and assignment opportunities This is an assignment-based opportunity, not a traditional hourly employment position. Providers are compensated per completed trip or service assignment according to the applicable service and payout terms. There is no guaranteed number of assignments, minimum workload, or guaranteed income. Responsibilities Depending on the assignment, providers may be responsible for: Transporting patients to and from outpatient medical procedures. Providing patient escort assistance for qualifying procedures. Coordinating patient pickups and drop-offs. Remaining with patients during procedures when required by the service assignment. Assisting with safe transportation following outpatient procedures. Communicating professionally with patients and medical facilities. Providing timely trip updates and completing required service documentation. Following Colonoscopy Concierge™ procedures and patient-service standards. Our goal is to help patients access dependable transportation and escort support when undergoing outpatient procedures. Basic Requirements Applicants must have: A valid driver's license. Valid automobile insurance. A reliable vehicle appropriate for the assigned service. Willingness to complete the required background screening. A reliable smartphone for trip communications and updates. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Dependability and the ability to work independently. A compassionate, patient-focused attitude. The ability to follow assignment instructions and documentation requirements. Healthcare, patient transportation, caregiving, senior services, hospitality, and customer-service experience are welcome. Who Should Apply?
