Parts / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary NvB Equipment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented parts warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the workplace. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, technical knowledge in mobile air conditioning/truck parts, repair and maintenance, as well as proficiency in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Shipping / Receiving, assisting back counter, assist in delivering to local customers. Forklift experienced preferred but not necessary - training available Assist customers / technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts needed. Applicant must have parts or warehousing experience. Answer phones, fill deliver & will call orders, Valid drivers license Place orders, receive stock, restock warehouse, shipping & receiving Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information regarding parts availability and pricing. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm shift, Monday - Friday Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications *Required - Must have 1 year previous parts or warehouse experience Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Previous experience in shipping / receiving is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette to ensure professional communication with customers. Proficient in inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels. Excellent sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
