Parts Manager

Riverside Metro Auto Group – Riverside, CA Full-Time Riverside Metro Auto Group is seeking a motivated Mazda Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. We are looking for a strong automotive professional who understands that a successful department is built around people, processes, accountability, customer satisfaction, and profitability . While Mazda experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual who demonstrates strong leadership, work ethic, automotive knowledge, and a genuine desire to grow. What You'll Be Responsible For Work closely with the Service Department and other dealership departments to improve overall Fixed Operations performance Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively Maintain a culture focused on teamwork, communication, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement Inventory control Purchasing and Sourcing Customer Service and Sales What We're Looking For We are looking for a strong automotive professional who understands that a successful department is built around people, processes, accountability, customer satisfaction, and profitability . Automotive dealership experience Parts management or leadership experience preferred Mazda experience preferred, but not required We are willing to train and develop the right person Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop people Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills A positive, hands-on leadership approach Desire to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
