Parts Manager Williams Kia is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team! Starting Salary: $70,000+ — Experience Pays More Job Duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the correct parts needed for repairs Assist retail and wholesale customers with identifying and ordering parts Utilize electronic parts catalogs to identify and order the correct parts Maintain accurate parts inventory and ensure proper inventory controls Monitor parts orders, receiving, returns, and special orders Review and maintain repair orders by adding and removing parts as needed Work with technicians and service advisors to identify parts needed for repair procedures Maintain accurate inventory records within the dealership management system Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Job Requirements Previous automotive dealership parts experience required Previous Parts Manager or Parts Counter experience preferred Experience with dealership management systems preferred Ability to use electronic parts catalogs Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, customers, and other dealership departments Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Benefits Starting salary of $70,000+ Competitive compensation based on experience Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Paid vacation Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000 per year Experience Pays More!
