Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our parts department with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of truck parts and accessories, ensuring seamless operations that support our service and repair teams. Your expertise will drive efficiency, optimize supply chain processes, and foster strong relationships with suppliers. Duties Manage the entire parts inventory lifecycle, including sourcing, purchasing, pricing, and demand planning to meet operational needs efficiently. Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, storage, and equipment repair, ensuring safety and accuracy. Utilize inventory management systems such as Fullbay to track stock levels, perform data entry, and conduct regular inventory control audits. Develop and maintain supplier relationships through negotiation and supplier management experience to secure competitive pricing and reliable sourcing. Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely parts availability for repairs and customer service excellence. Implement logistics strategies for shipping & receiving to optimize delivery times and reduce costs while maintaining high standards of parts administration. Lead procurement management efforts by sourcing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, managing order management systems, and ensuring compliance with internal communication protocols. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management within the automotive or trucking industry. Strong background in warehouse management, logistics inventory management, and parts administration. Familiarity with truck diagnostics, truck systems, truck body repair, HVAC systems, and equipment repair is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in procurement management, sourcing strategies, negotiation skills, and demand planning. Knowledge of truck parts & accessories as well as internal communication practices to coordinate effectively across departments.
