PARTS DRIVER-PART TIME Job description The Part-Time Parts Driver will mixed delivery routes that will consist of picking up parts from vendors and delivering to the customers by accurately transporting parts, verifying orders, handling materials safely and making sure parts that are picked up are inspected for any damage or discrepancy. Responsibilities Deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from vendors. Verify orders before dispatch and delivery. Load and unload parts safely and efficiently. Handle and organize parts during transport. Light duty cleaning in the Parts area. Preferred Qualifications Valid driver’s license which is an ABSOLUTE must. Defensive driving skills. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. Customer service skills. Practice safe driving. The individual that is interested in the position will work 5 days a week with a minimum of at least 20 hrs but could do more. We travel exclusively within Indiana and Illinois, so there is no long-distance traveling require.
