Parts Driver

Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload parts using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices Deliver parts promptly to customers, warehouses, or job sites while maintaining professional customer service standards Verify delivery orders, ensure accurate documentation, and obtain signatures upon delivery completion Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations Use mobile devices or GPS systems for route navigation and real-time communication with the dispatch team Assist in warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and supporting material handling activities as needed Experience Previous warehouse experience or roles involving manual handling and moving heavy items Commercial driving experience with box trucks, vans, or similar vehicles; familiarity with manual transmission is preferred Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and load & unload procedures Knowledge of warehouse operations including material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks and carts Strong understanding of safe lifting practices, weight handling in the workplace, and adherence to traffic laws and DOT regulations Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively via mobile devices or in person Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Pay: From $16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
