Parts Distribution Specialist
Rally SubaruRally Subaru is expanding! We are looking for a new team member to assist with our growing parts operation. This is an entry level role which will function primarily as an assistant to our shipping and receiving operations and involve about a 60/40 split between driving and in-department work. We handle the flow of parts into and out of our department, getting them to our clients who need them to maximize their Subaru experience. Responsibilities of this role: Drive around the greater Edmonton area doing drop offs and pick ups including Parts Deliveries Parts return pickups Part order pickups Pallet runs to recycling centre Recordkeeping of delivery activities Upkeep of parts vehicles including cleanliness and tracking maintenance Loading and unloading parts both incoming and outgoing Organize parts dept including but not limited to: Stocking shelves Bin checks Stacking parts and boxes Tire storage Cardboard and pallet cleanup Floor and shelf cleaning (sweeping/wiping down) What we need from you: Clean driver's abstract and class 5 license Punctuality, being available during business hours Ability to drive a cargo van or pickup truck and navigate the greater Edmonton area Ability to read and identify part numbers Ability to pick up and move parts up to 50 lbs Ability to stop an in-progress task and begin a more critical task Having a collaborative mindset, follow direction and guidance from all colleagues Ability to problem solve to reach a solution Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Company events Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Store discount Vision care Work Location: In person
