What You’ll Do As a Parts Delivery Driver & Warehouse Specialist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our Parts Department running efficiently. Responsibilities include: Delivering automotive parts to wholesale partners and customers throughout the Kansas City area Picking up parts from vendors as needed Maintaining accurate delivery and pickup logs Receiving, organizing, labeling, and stocking inventory Restocking fast-moving parts and maintaining appropriate inventory levels Performing inventory cycle counts Keeping the Parts Department clean, organized, and efficient Occasionally assisting customers at the parts counter or by phone Helping customers identify the correct parts for their needs Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and wholesale partners Assisting with additional duties as assigned by the Parts Manager You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Are dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Take pride in doing your job accurately and efficiently Enjoy working with customers and building relationships Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is a little different Have strong problem-solving and communication skills Are reliable and maintain consistent attendance Want to work for a company that values teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction Are interested in growing within the automotive industry What You’ll Need Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Confidence navigating throughout the Kansas City area Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to learn automotive parts, products, and ordering processes Ability to accurately maintain delivery and pickup records Ability to lift, bend, twist, and move parts and merchandise as needed Ability to work well with teammates, customers, vendors, and wholesale partners If you’re looking for more than just a job—and want an opportunity to become part of one of the most successful Volkswagen teams in the Midwest—we’d like to hear from you.
