This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your parts expertise and customer service skills will make a real impact every day. The parts counter salesperson also helps with taking equipment in to be worked on in the shop. Responsibilities: Assist customers at the parts counter with identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their equipment Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Maintain and organize parts inventory to ensure proper stock levels Look up parts using electronic parts catalogs and dealer management systems Coordinate with the service department to fulfill internal parts requests Build strong customer relationships through knowledgeable and friendly service Follow up on back-ordered parts and communicate updates to customers Requirements: Prior experience in parts counter sales, preferably in equipment, agriculture, or powersports industries Familiarity with equipment parts catalogs and inventory management systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously Basic computer proficiency and comfort with parts lookup software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude About Us: McMichael's Equipment Company has been a trusted name in the Warrenton, VA area, providing quality equipment and exceptional service to our community.
