R&R Inc.Parts Counter Sales – New Castle, PA R&R Truck Centers | Full-Time R&R Truck Centers is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Sales team member for our New Castle, PA location. We are a full-service truck dealership representing Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, and Hino. Heavy-duty truck parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with strong customer service skills and a desire to learn. Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers and handle parts orders by phone. Identify the correct parts for customers’ maintenance and repair needs. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and process orders accurately. Work with the parts team to keep daily operations organized and efficient. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. A dependable, motivated attitude and willingness to learn. Heavy-duty or Class 8 truck parts experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
