ToyotaParts Counter Person — Toyota of Dartmouth Location: Dartmouth, MA Job Type: Full-time Toyota of Dartmouth is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. You’ll help customers and service technicians find the right automotive parts, process orders, and maintain an organized inventory. Responsibilities Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases. Identify and supply parts for service technicians. Look up parts using electronic catalogs, vehicle information, and VINs. Provide pricing, confirm availability, and place special orders. Process invoices, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately. Receive shipments, stock shelves, and assist with inventory counts. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple requests in a busy dealership. Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred. Toyota parts knowledge and dealership management system experience are a plus. Reliable attendance, a team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn. Ability to safely handle and move automotive parts, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
