Parts Counter Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter Clerk to join our team. This role involves managing parts inventory and assisting customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills to ensure efficient parts distribution and excellent customer service, basic computer skills (email, internet search, Quickbooks) Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in locating and purchasing parts, ensuring a positive customer experience Maintain accurate records of parts inventory Process purchase orders, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for procurement and sourcing needs Collaborate with mechanics, service technicians to source mechanical parts and components efficiently Skills Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy Mechanical knowledge relevant to trailer parts is an asset Customer service skills to effectively assist clients Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
