Parts Counter Associate

Part-Time Parts Counter Associate Red Bluff Motorsports is looking for a dependable, motivated Part-Time Parts Counter Associate to join our team. If you enjoy motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, or anything powersports and like helping people, this is a great opportunity to build your knowledge and work in the industry. What You'll Do As a Parts Counter Associate, you'll help customers and our service department get the right parts and accessories for the job. Responsibilities include: Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone Look up OEM and aftermarket parts using parts catalogs and dealer systems Help customers determine proper part fitment Recommend parts, accessories, maintenance items, and riding gear when appropriate Create parts quotes and special orders Process parts sales and customer payments Assist the service department with parts needed for repair orders Help maintain accurate inventory and bin locations Assist with shipping and receiving when needed Keep the parts counter, displays, and inventory areas clean and organized Learn the products and brands we sell Follow department procedures for special orders, receiving, inventory, and customer service What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and shows up ready to work Friendly and comfortable talking with customers Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers Able to learn new software and electronic parts catalogs Willing to learn and ask questions Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Interested in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or the powersports industry Able to work well with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments Previous dealership or parts experience is helpful, but not required. Mechanical knowledge, powersports experience, or experience working with automotive or equipment parts is a plus. Schedule Part-Time Saturday 8-430 Sunday 10-4 Why Red Bluff Motorsports? You'll learn how a powersports parts department operates, including parts research, fitment, inventory, special orders, aftermarket accessories, and dealership operations.
