Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right automotive parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs and repair requirements Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts to ensure availability and easy access Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with professionalism Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and vehicle maintenance support Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to advise customers on suitable parts for repairs or upgrades Maintain detailed records of inventory movements Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and friendly service Experience Previous dealership experience or retail sales background in automotive parts is highly preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with automotive repair knowledge Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office tools Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order processing Experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, or automotive service enhances your ability to assist customers confidently Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer relationship building experience are essential for success in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive solutions!
