Strong familiarity with automotive components and the ability to look up parts using digital catalogs. Solid grasp of basic inventory management and order tracking. Reliable communication skills to coordinate between technicians and service advisors. Basic computer skills for processing invoices and managing online orders. Valid driver's license. Responsibilities Manage the flow of parts by sourcing, ordering, and maintaining adequate stock levels for our active service bays. Collaborate daily with our service technicians to ensure they have the exact components needed to complete repairs accurately. Provide prompt, friendly assistance to customers at the counter, answering questions and explaining part availability. Keep our inventory area organized and accurately logged to streamline the repair process. Coordinate with local vendors and suppliers to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing parts to ensure our accounting is precise.
